This project examines how grey is visually represented in the descriptions of stock photography in order to gain new perspective into the existence of‘grey areas’ in all aspects of our lives, from colour to mood, emotion to culture.

To use stock photography as a medium to discover a narrative by looking in depth at the semiotics, thus creating a new visual language. To explore how narratives can be altered when different images change their sequence or are combined. To discover the digital-analogue opposition
as an abstraction.
